If the proposed Felicitas and Fortuna  mines ever get the green light, then mining could be in your back yard before you know it and that is just the beginning.

"First a mine, then a Refinery".

BRL are still in dispute with Yangkuang Resources over funding for a BFS, which is a Bankable Feasibility Study to build a Refinery and it has escalated to the point where a Perth Barrister has been asked to mediate.

This merely solidifies the intent by BRL to build a Refinery with Chinese money somewhere close to rail and close to their proposed bauxite mine, as this would help to minimize transport costs and increase profits.

Where will the Refinery go? And how many people will be impacted by that?

Both proposed mines and a possible future Refinery will have devastating impacts on our area and this region, but if we all say no to mining, that will also stop a Refinery.
